I Built a Full Multi-Scene AI Ad From ONE Prompt AGAIN — Seedance 2.0 + Topview Canvas
Most AI video tools stop at one short clip. This build goes further: an entire multi-scene ad — one consistent character, the same voice across every scene — from a single prompt, using Seedance 2.0 inside Topview Canvas. Then I save the whole workflow as a reusable Skill and rerun it on a second product.
The setup
- Topview Canvas — the AI creative workspace where the agent plans and assembles everything
- Seedance 2.0 — the video model doing the actual generation
- PromptCut (promptcut.tech) — the edit pass
The product: a smart water bottle. The input: one prompt.
What the agent builds
From that single prompt, Canvas's agent constructs the whole production:
- The talent — an AI character who stays visually consistent scene to scene
- The scenes — a multi-shot storyline for the ad, not one disconnected clip
- The voice — same voice on the same character across every scene
- The timeline — assembled into a finished cut in the workspace
The two consistency problems — face drift and voice drift — are exactly where DIY multi-scene AI ads usually die. Character and voice holding across cuts is what makes this feel like an ad instead of a compilation of AI clips.
The Skill trick
The best part comes after the first ad: I save the entire workflow as a reusable Skill, point it at a second product, and rerun. Same structure, same quality, new product — minutes instead of rebuilding from scratch. That's the difference between a demo and a pipeline: product in, ad out, repeatably.
Who this matters for
- E-commerce / UGC-style ads — talent, script, and scenes without a shoot
- Agencies — one Skill per ad format, rerun per client product
- Creators — multi-scene storytelling from prompts, no editor required
Verdict
Single-clip AI video is a solved demo; multi-scene with a persistent character and voice is the actual product, and Canvas is the first workspace where I've had it work end-to-end from one prompt — twice, once as a saved Skill. Watch the full build and the second-product rerun in the video, and try it at topview.ai.
